- Choose an action type then click next. Select a trigger type for your flow, either on-demand or scheduled.
- Add participant criteria and edit the specifications. You can also add individual members, emails, exclude others, etc.
- Select visibility and edit who can see the flow’s responses.
- For the content, select the kind of block that you want. The open-ended block allows people to add mentions, emojis, GIFs, files, etc. You can also add descriptions for more context.
