It automatically notifies you when to take a break based on your activity without the need for Pomodoro timers. 3. The activity section shows you a real-time feed of your tracked time.

4. Workblocks section shows sessions of time when Rize detects that you are focused on a specific type of work. You can also see the details including the interruptions on your work, focus time, and context switching. Rize automatically categorizes your work, but you can edit it to specifics.

5. You can assign session time to projects and it will automatically show below.

6. Click the project to show analytics.

7. The top right section shows you how much time you worked for the day and notifies you when you reached 100%. The tme breakdown also shows 3 main areas.

8. The category breakdown shows all of the time split between categories. You can specifically click on one category to view it on the timeline.
